Temporary Staffing Recruitment Co-ordinator

The Temporary Staffing recruitment co-ordinator will oversee the recruitment service and pathway from advert through to employment bank roles within an allocated Clinical or Corporate Division.
They will support the Temporary Staffing Team Leader in ensuring the provision of high quality and timely recruitment service in accordance with the agreed standards of practice, key performance indicators and portfolio of services.
- Hold responsibility for progressing the recruitment activity of an allocated Division, tracking progress of jobs to ensure there are no delays, resolving and escalating issues to the recruiting managers as necessary to provide a smooth
- Provide an advisory service to recruiting managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of activities and required action ensuring on time and successful campaign
- Responsible for communicating with hiring managers and prospective employees regarding advert placement, applicant status and pre-employment checks progress to ensure both
- Ensure accurate data onto all recruitment databases/ systems g. EREC, ESR so as to produce management information in relation to recruitment activities as and when required.
- Provide assessment and selection centre support as required and to participate in interviews as and when
- Carry out administrative tasks on the ESR HR and Payroll system, ensuring new starters are input onto ESR accurately and to meet payroll
- Managing the rehire process for permanent staff wishing to be rehired back onto bank
We provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East.

The post holder will have key responsibility for providing an effective, reliable and responsive recruitment advisory and administration service. This will include managing recruitment activities and providing advice and guidance to applicants and recruiting managers. They will also be required to assist in the development of effective recruitment systems, policies and administration procedures with the support and guidance from the Temporary Staffing Manager
