**The Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced **Care Assistant** to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, respectful, and responsive care tailored to each resident's individual needs.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence management
- Promoting independence and dignity in line with each resident’s care plan
- Assisting with mobility and manual handling
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Following safeguarding and health & safety protocols
- Supporting residents during meal times and activities

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in a care setting is essential**, preferably with individuals living with dementia
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on a flexible rota, including weekends and bank holidays
- **Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable**
