Inclusive Case Management is looking for a Rehab Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated company specialising in comprehensive case management for individuals suffering from severe and life-altering injuries.
This role involves working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and faiths. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt and respond effectively to their varied needs.
You will be based at home but will support clients across the North West, providing high quality rehab support to our clients and supporting them to regain and maintain their independence.
We are seeking an active, enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated team player who can think on their feet and who will work under the direction of the MDT to assist the client in achieving their goals. You will need to be empathic and patient, have a genuine desire to help others and at all times treat your clients with dignity and respect.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a competent communicator in both verbal and written form and will undertake continual training and professional development.
We are looking for someone initially to work 20 hours per week but for the right person this may increase to full time hours. You will need to be flexible with your hours and may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs.

- Do you hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business insurance?
- Are you able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week?
- Do you have physical capability to assist clients with mobility and perform other physical tasks as needed?
- Are you comfortable working in various environments, including clients' homes and community settings?
- In line with CQC, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
