**Salary**: £13 per hour plus minimum wage for sleep shifts (Pending pay review after successful 6 month probation)
**Contract**: Full time, 35 hours per week plus sleeps
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide an exceptional service for our client in Chorlton. This is a rewarding opportunity to be a part of our clients rehabilitation journey and support our client to achieve as much independence as possible. You will be working closely within a team helping to ensure that a continuity of care is provided to our clients.

**About The Role**
Your role will be dedicated to working 1 to 1 with a young gentleman with an acquired brain injury. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them. You will be part of a team supporting them 24/7.
Your main attributes will be friendly, approachable and have empathy towards your client treating them with respect and dignity at all times. We support vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, by building their confidence and skills to realise their potential.
**About You**
- Experience of working in a support role, both in the community and the home.
- Friendly, approachable and confident in the role.
- Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex and challenging behaviour.
- Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent recognised health profession qualification.
- Full driving licence with access to own car.
- Experience working with acquired brain injury
- Previously worked with therapists to deliver a support plan.
- Registered on DBS update service.
