London, United Kingdom Worldpay Full time

Are you ready to write your next chapter?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. With proven technology, we process the largest volume of payments in the world, driving the global economy every day. When you join Worldpay, you join a global community of experts and changemakers, working to reinvent an industry by constantly evolving how we work and making the way millions of people pay easier, every day.

We’re looking for a **Senior Product Owner** to join our ever-evolving Geo Expansion team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

Are you ready to make your mark? Then you sound like a Worldpayer.

**About the team**
- Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.
- You will be joining our team of talented Agile Product Owners and Product Managers working across our Omnichannel, Acquiring and Strategic Expansion teams
- Each Product Owner is responsible for managing the delivery of the lifecycle of any features allocated to their team: from initial engagement with the Product Manager through writing user stories, being the link into the development team and until final handover after successful live proving.

**What you’ll own**
- Liaising with the wider Product team to understand our customers’ requirements
- Working with the Product Managers to accept a feature into the development backlog, defining the detailed requirements for the engineering teams through build and test, involving the Solution Architects as required
- Breaking down the features to write agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria, targeted to iteratively improve capabilities over time while validating their impact towards your defined goals
- Tenaciously working to answer queries and clarifications from the development team collaborating with stakeholders as required
- Demonstrating that feature back to the product management team and the delivery train, and representing the team in the quarterly planning sessions
- Transferring that product expertise across the organisation through training, and helping develop the more junior Product Owners

**What you bring**
- Experience of a product organisation and agile processes (experience of SAFe is preferable but not essential)
- Ability to take requirements from features created by the Product Managers and break down into user stores for the development teams using your comprehensive analysis skills
- Articulate communicator; an ability to present product demos to large audiences
- Knowledge of a payments organization, ideally with exposure to eCommerce and Point of Sale (POS)
- You’re curious - you ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day
- You’re accountable - you never standing still, never settle. You work at pace to achieve your goals
- You’re open - you work across borders, working with your team to achieve your collective goals

**What makes a Worldpayer**

What makes a Worldpayer? It’s simple: Think, Act, Win. We stay curious, always asking the right questions to be better every day, finding creative solutions to simplify the complex. We’re dynamic, every Worldpayer is empowered to make the right decisions for their customers. And we’re determined, always staying open - winning and failing as one.
