Our client based in North Bradford is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their team on a temp to perm basis ASAP due to growth.
They are a progressive, well-known and a market leader within their sector who offer tons of scope for growth internally and lots of perks.
To be considered you must be available at short notice, have previous supervisory experience and have a good background in customer services.
**Duties**:

- Lead and manage the team to ensure high performance standards
- Improve processes to ensure the team deliver SLA targets
- Manage escalated complaints
- Provide support to the Account Managers
- Implement action plans which reduce aged debt exposure
- Manage the change management process for the Team
- Highlight any customer service or operational issues to the Head of Customer Service when requires
