**Customer Service Advisor - Stevenage - ARD1060221**

**£23,400 p/a plus generous quarterly bonus.**

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday, **just 37.5 hours a week** We are also required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 9am-12.30pm, you will get a half a day back in the following week. **No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training** We offer a basic salary of **£23,400 **p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn **up to £27,000 per year**. With a **start date 3rd February 2025**, You’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. - Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives all whilst having a lot of fun
