We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to join our team
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Bus service**
- Co-ordinate the school bus route effectively
- Re-deployment / re-routing of buses
- Consults with Health and Safety and Facilities Manager to organise Driver’s training
- Maintenance of buses including service, MOT and 10-weekly inspections as required
- Performs driving licence checks every term
- Ensures all paperwork is kept up to date and in line with regulations in conjunction with the Health and Safety and Facilities Manager
- Reporting of any insurance claims or accidents/incidents and liaise with Health and Safety and Facilities Manager
**Administration**
- General receptionist duties dealing with phone calls, deliveries, visitors and purchasing resources and equipment
- Assisting with admissions information processing
- Creating and amending registers for pupils and staff
- Conducting tours of the school
- Marketing/content collection - video, marketing content
- Perform any other duties appropriate to the post as directed by the Headteacher and Proprietor
**Covering children**
- After school club support 4 days per week (Can be flexible on other days)
- Lunch time support
- Performing basic first aid and recording accidents
**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- 9am - 6pm - 4 days per week
- 9am - 4.15pm - Friday
- Term time: 38 weeks per year, TTO - FTE £30K, (Pro-rata actual - £26,473.92 per annum including holiday pay), £15.18 per hour.
