**About Us**:Priority First is a leading provider of physical security services, including corporate security, vacant property security, CCTV monitoring and logistics management. We specialise in providing a personalised service to each client, by understanding points of concern and developing a comprehensive security and/or logistics plan which meets all specific requirements. With an unwavering commitment to quality and safety, our services are provided to the highest standard whilst also ensuring the well-being of our workers and the public.

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable security operatives to join our team. As a Priority First Security Guard, you will work as part of the team responsible for our client's security operations, ensuring that security protocols and procedures are in place to protect people, property, and assets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate potential security risks and threats.

**Hours**:

- Night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Weekend and weekday

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-**Conduct regular patrols and monitor the premises.
- Manage access control at entry points.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Provide assistance and information to residents and visitors.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Monitor CCTV where applicable
- Adhering to all Priority First and our clients' relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:
**-**Valid SIA License is required.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a security operative
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle security equipment and surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- PPE (Operatives are required to provide their own steel toe boots)

- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Good timekeeping is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work calmly under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.30 per hour
