The IWS Group is looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales professional to join our team at Anco Storage Solutions.

Anco is the largest trade-only supplier of storage solutions in the UK. Combining high quality, reliable products with unmatched support, Anco work exclusively with the trade, offering great trade discounts and high-quality products covering everything from small part picking to industrial racking.

**Position**:
The job purpose is the processing of sales enquiries from quotation to final invoice.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer questions and enquiries.
- Sales prospecting, general marketing duties, producing quotations.
- Technical knowledge of Anco Products and understanding of their use, and that of our competitors (training will be given on Anco Products)
- Knowledge of warehouse organization, stock control, transport and purchasing
- Operation and coordination of transport requirements.
- Liaison with members of staff as to what and when vehicles will be delivering and how best goods can be distributed under the guidelines and costs of the company.
- Resolution of any customer complaints, transport queries both external and internal
- Maintenance of CRM system and sales order processing using Outlook, Word, Excel (training will be given on the Anco ordering System which is currently based on an Access Database but will migrate to Business Central in the future).
- Responsible for own H&S and awareness of H&S requirements while working in the office and/or warehouse

- Good standard of general education and evidence of continuous professional development
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and highly organised
- Effective decision making
- PC literate: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Able to translate technical product information to non-technical customers
- Practical capability to handle stock when required
- The ability to monitor working areas and adhere to company guidelines on safe working practices

Desirable skills & experience:

- Sales/Customer Service qualification(s)
- Purchasing experience
- Stocktaking experience
- Knowledge/experience of CRM systems
