Sales and Operations Administrator

We are looking for an Assistant to join the team at our brand new Sussex Head Office, near Billingshurst.
You will be part of an expanding team supporting the Sales and Operations Commercial Sector in an ever-evolving role, maintaining small local clients up to large, high-end commercial sites.
The role offers opportunities for career progression and development but initially will need to cover these main responsibilities:
- Providing day to day support to nationwide engineers and fire risk assessors as required to enable prompt and effective execution of their work
- Liaising with high-end clients regarding day-to-day account management and scheduling of works
- Scheduling of service and project works
- Issuing of Purchase/Work Orders
- Creation and issuing of service and remedial quotations
- Checking job cards following completion of works and assisting with invoicing
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Taking in and receipting deliveries (including manual handling)
- Ordering stock
- Ordering and maintaining levels of stationary
- Data cleansing
- Providing ad hoc support to the Sales and Operations Sector to ensure that the company operates and develops effectively for the benefit of our clients.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team colleagues and external partners/organisations through effective interaction, sound communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Challenge existing practices and generate ideas and solutions, recognising and balancing risks with reward, meeting agreed timescales.
- Ensure own work is completed in line with allocated schedule and to required quality standards.
- Maintain a high representation of the Allsaved brand, through exceptional personal and professional standards (including Allsaved equipment, materials and vehicles).
- Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organisational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct in order to uphold standards of best practice.
- Ensure full compliance to all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives, Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Reporting as well as internal Allsaved safety standards.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
