We are hiring for an entrepreneurial graduate marketing assistant to work with our senior fee earners in our Bristol office.

The role will involve supporting the Directors in their quest to find great talent and you will be an integral part of this small, dynamic team.

Smart, sociable and commercial, you will blend your marketing, commercial and database skills to deliver on the following:

- plan and execute outreach campaigns via our cloud-based CRM and Linkedin
- create and share content across our website, networks and social channels
- produce client pitch packs and marketing literature using InDesign
- write compelling adverts and shorts for job boards, company website, and social media channels.
- support fee earners with the creation of resourcing plans for clients
- segment and clean data within our database
- carry out analysis and reporting on all work carried out

You will need to have a resourceful and determined nature, excellent communication skills and a strong commercial awareness, combined with the ability to work as part of a small team.

Salary up to £24,000 + bonus & benefits with flexible working on offer.
