Are you an experienced and versatile administrator? We have an exciting oppotunity to join our support services team at the company’s central support office in Kendal. This interesting and varied role will include a wide range of administrative and reception duties, providing support to the wider business, with specific support to key senior leaders.
- The position is available immediately
- We are open to negotiate weekly hours, but ideally these should be between 30 and 37 ½ and spread across Monday to Friday to provide the support required by our current team. The office is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Key responsibilities will include:
**Reception & General Administration**
- Providing a welcoming and effective reception service at the company’s Central Support Office in Kendal - meeting and greeting colleagues, customers, clients, and contractors in person and assisting with their enquiries.
- Fulfilling a range of general office administrative duties - incoming/outgoing post, office diary organisation, facility booking, distribution of rotas, monitoring and ordering stationery and consumables, maintaining a range of company registers and accounts.

**Projects & Property Administration**
- Providing support to the property and lettings team - liaising with tenants and maintenance contractors, diarising viewings or appointments, collating, and reporting tenant maintenance requests.

- You will be professional, enthusiastic, and proactive with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You will be able to prioritise and manage your varied workload efficiently.
- You'll have excellent communication skills and be proficient in all Microsoft Office software.
- You will have the skills and ability to manage expectations efficiently, be flexible, focused, proactive, and self-motivated.

**Pay and Benefits**

**Salary**: From £21,500 PA FTE depending on experience
