Are you a passionate Marketing Manager? And looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to work with their very well-established client based in Waterlooville.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support and grow the marketing team as our client are in a period of rapid growth. As Marketing Manager, you will be required to build relationships with key stakeholders, support their local initiativesand brands and provide general management and guidance to the marketing team (currently 4 people), you will report into the Group Marketing Manager.

**Job specific requirements for the Marketing Manager**:

- Be responsible for facilitating the marketing plan & support the development of the marketing strategy in the group
- Oversee the local marketing budget
- Take responsibility for the day to day management and implementation of all marketing activities
- Support Business Development team on their plans and requirements
- Development of the various brands, image/reputation and profile by supporting the marketing team
- Support with the integration of any new brands into the business marketing function
- Provide support for initiatives designed to develop new or added value services to clients
- Monitor existing markets in order to track trends and anticipate changes using skills and resources within the departments
- Management and maintenance of the firm wide suite of on and offline content
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy with the support of the team
- Generating press coverage to raise the profile of the firm
- Manage and delegate tasks the marketing team
- Reporting / Measurement: Ensure that number of enquiries per month steadily increases
- Enquire that cost per enquiry is reduced
- Improved organic and paid traffic to our websites

**Person specification for the Marketing Manager**:

- Communication, written and oral
- Budget manager
- Exceptional (internal) networker
- Commercial focus, through sales
- High attention to detail and strong client focus
- Able to coach and work with colleagues of all experiences and abilities
- Experience managing a marketing team
- 5 years marketing experience
- Marketing degree or CIM equivalent
- Understanding of the legal sector (preferable)
