Marketing Executive

**Overview**

**About you**

We’re looking for someone with fresh ideas and a passion for digital, who wants to make a genuine contribution to company growth. You’ll need to be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and juggle multiple projects under time constraints. A team player but comfortable working with mínimal supervision, and competencies in copywriting, digital skills (including measurement and analytics) and social media management. Experience managing B2B campaigns and brand development would be highly desirable although not essential.

**Purpose**

To deliver on the overall marketing strategy, using insightful, intelligent marketing activity to generate quality leads.

**Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities**
- Maintaining regular activity across social media platforms - producing engaging content, developing campaign calendar
- Build the company brands through effective quality marketing
- Test and build most effective social channels
- Website content management, user experience and SEO activity
- Web demos, maintaining customers web catalogues,
- Preparation of e-shot content
- Creation of video content and graphics for website and social channels
- Researching topics and creating relevant and regular blog content
- Developing campaigns and activity to support marketing lead generation focus
- Working with Sales team on Lead generation campaigns to prospects
- Liaise with and manage external marketing agencies
- Play an active part in tender exercises including presenting information and collating content for submission
- Weekly reporting on key metrics/analytics

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- At least 2 years proven track record of Marketing experience
- Currently in a Marketing role
- CIM Qualification preferable but not essential
- Work as part of the Sales & Marketing team to drive company sales results and achieve targets
- At least 2 years proven track record in using CRM/ERP System eg. Oracle NetSuite
- Customer orientated with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage time effectively and take instructions from multiple different sources

Due to the requirement of the role, you will need to be able to commute to Waterlooville.

**Hours of work**

8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
