Culturally this business is passionate and enthusiastic,often described as a "breath of fresh air" This company has tripled in size over the last 3 years and have plans to double in size again over the next 2 years An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test Manager to join the forward-thinking team. As QA/Test Manager, you will engage regularly with executive level stakeholders and possess the imagination, focus and drive to deliver critical business projects ontime, holding yourself and your team to excellent quality standards. You will use your expertise to support the overall test delivery plan and support the growth and success of the test team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact from day 1 andsupport the exciting growth and success of the business. **Key Responsibilities: Test Manager** - To line manage individual test analysts ensuring that all work is started, controlled and completed to time and quality and to report accurate MI regarding progress - To mentor and coach the Test team, sharing best practice/knowledge around test automation - Determine whether test phases will be automated and selects and implements appropriate test tools - Produce the overall test delivery plan defining the business and IT test deliverable milestones - Use different approaches to estimate timescales, effort and costs for the testing phases - Provide efficient communication channels with other departments - Define roles and responsibilities for the test team including specific responsibility for production of all test deliverables **Experience Required: Test Manager** - Current / previous experience of leading / managing a Test/QA team ideally within a SaaS / Software vendor - Excellent knowledge of best practice test tools and techniques - Hands on experience with Automation tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Cypress, Nightwatch - Able to drive creative thinking, beyond the boundaries of current knowledge base - Able to challenge others to develop individually whilst serving as a role model - Strong communication skills to present to and advise C-Suite Level team For more information, please get in touch with Katie at Matched Group - Test Manager / QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / Automation Test / Test Lead
