Your Role

  • Lead testing activities for a large-scale IT infrastructure migration program.
  • Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and coordination across multiple teams.
  • Manage and mentor test managers, leads, and engineers.
  • Ensure quality assurance, governance, and compliance with standards.
  • Communicate testing status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership in managing large testing teams and complex programs.
  • Strong background in test strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiar with cloud migration, data center exit, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Knowledge of QA governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Passionate about process optimization and test maturity enhancement.
  • Adept at driving innovation and adopting emerging testing technologies.
