**Job title: HR/ Health & Safety Administrator**
**Main purpose of job**:
The post holder will support the Head of HR and Head of H & S to deliver a function that supports Fablink’ s overall strategic aims and objectives. The Administrator is an integral part of the Operations team and will provide guidance and support to managers and staff across the full range of HR & H & S work.

**Position reports to**:Head of HR
**Main duties**
- To ensure consistency of all employee files and documents.
- Administer the processing of new employees and leavers e.g., issuing Contracts of Employment, obtaining references, setting up new personnel files, responding to reference requests etc.
- Maintain accurate personnel and files, documentary, and electronic versions, including spreadsheets and databases, ensuring compliance with the GDPR
- Scanning, Filing, and archiving.
- Assistance in taking minutes during investigations and meetings
- Managing the HR database
- Create and distribute HR communications
- Administering the Apprenticeship scheme & Levy
- Assisting in recruitment & selection of new employees
- Monitoring & recording absence in line with the absence management policy
- Supporting the MHFA initiative
- Administering the BRAVO Benefits scheme
- Payroll liaison for queries (pay, absence, sick pay, holidays, special leave requests)
- OH referrals and follow-up
- Health & Safety liaison an ongoing need to at provide updated employee lists and reports
- Ad hoc reports where needed/requested
- Process changes to t’s & c’s
- Liaise with IT re new starters and changes to t’s & c’s
- Liaise with the CEOs PA re mobiles and cars
- Arrange and process probationary reviews
- Process and administer maternity/paternity/parental requests
- Carry out right to work checks
- Liaise with Finance re invoice queries
- Process training requests
- Perform all other duties requested by the Head of HR as and when required.
- Ensure that all HR matters are dealt with in an appropriate, fair, professional, and confidential manner.
**Skill Requirements**
- Strong administration skills
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office (Excel)
- A high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good administrative skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wolverhampton
