I am working with a Global organisation who have a vast portfolio of Recruitment Business across the UK and the rest of the World who are looking for an experienced and **Senior Marketing Executive** to join their ever expanding team.

My client is looking for a multi-skilled Senior Marketing Executive to implement B2B/B2C marketing strategies across four group businesses.

Based in Leeds, Manchester or London, the role is full time, mainly working remotely and paying £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on experience).

This really is a fantastic opportunity to join a very creative and supportive team of successful Marketing professionals.

**The role**:
As Senior Marketing Executive you will oversee, and help grow, the marketing function of a large and fast growing international recruitment company.

**Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, responsibilities include**:

- Acting as the key point of contact for four businesses
- Working closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools and materials
- Work closely with suppliers to define marketing materials and sales collateral
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Aiming to create something UNIQUE within the recruitment sector

**Requirements of the role**:

- Having worked in recruitment would be beneficial
- Strong experience of traditional and digital B2B and B2C activities
- You must have experience working proactively with sales teams
- Strategic mind-set, highly commercial, enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
- It is essential that you can demonstrate commercial awareness
- Competent and experienced in both B2B and B2C marketing
- Bias for being hands on - enjoying both execution and strategy
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
- Flexible and can do attitude
- Strong project management experience, great attention to detail, process driven and methodical mind-set
- Can evidence that you have carried out a full 360 marketing role and seen out campaigns from start to finish.
