The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of The Beauty Tech Group and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.
As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager, supporting the creation of a world class influencer marketing strategy and helping to deliver partnership strategies that support growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.
Building and maintaining publisher and Influencer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities
Oversee Influencer & Content Affiliate collaborations and report back on to the senior team on findings and learnings
Previous Influencer marketing experience
Experience and understanding of how digital channels can work together and how these may cross over into the Affiliate channel
Ability to review commercial proposals and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency for the channel
