Part Time Administrator

**Hybrid -20 Hours per week (flexible)**

Based in Gloucester UK, this busy role provides support to the Director Regional Shared Services, (GSS) and the Global Process Owners (GPO) based in the UK on a mix of general administration, expense, travel and diary coordination and meeting coordination. There will be some project or operational support including reporting, presentation preparation and metric gathering. Wider support of GSS associates based in the UK is also occasionally required; such as for visits and team events/activities.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Day to day management of the Directors/GPOs diary
- Organizing meetings: face to face, video conf, voice conferencing for GSS leadership team
- Liaising and maintaining good communications with Global IT/GSS Administration Team and local Administrators
- Preparation of material for Team Meetings & Steering Committee, supporting VP GSS
- Organization of larger GSS events (Virtual or in person - Venue booking, logistics and communication)
- Supporting recruitment coordination and associate onboarding for new GSS starters
- General administration to support the smooth running of the Corporate office in collaboration with other support staff.
- Vendor creation & Purchase Orders where required
- Monthly & Quarterly recognition reminders and certificates
**Skills/Requirements**
- Excellent IT skills
- Outlooks, Teams, Powerpoint Excel etc...
- Comfortable with multiple systems and an early adopter of new technology
- Minimum 2 experience in an office/project environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience of confidential diary management and arranging travel
- Strong background in administration
