**QA Officer**

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a QA Officer to join our Pharmaceutical Quality team. You will be part of a leading international FMCG organisation manufacturing cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. We are offering a competitive salary along with a generous benefits package.

**The role is full-time, rotating day shifts, 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm.**

Our Quality team would like to hear from you if you are interested in becoming a QA Officer, shift based, working with our colleagues in the Pharma Business Unit.

Your key accountabilities will be;
- To make required quality decisions on complex problems
- Trend Quality issue to determine required process changes
- Support BU in managing and controlling change
- Ensure GMP and Quality standards are being adhered to
- Coach and develop other BU members to enable RFT production
- Leading required risk assessments on new and existing processes
- Coordinate and drive BU QMS actions
- Ensure customer and consumer complaints are documented and investigated appropriately including appropriate CAPA and customer communication
- Lead and support complex problem solving groups for Q, C, D, P

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

It is likely that you will have a Scientific or Technical qualification at A level or above. Along with your knowledge of Pharmaceutical quality standards, you will be able to demonstrate your proficiency in solving problems, influencing and coaching.
