**Contract Type**: Zero Hour Contract

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 3:00pm (Ad hoc)

**About the Role**:
We are pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity for the role of **Meet & Greet Sessional Youth Worker** at Gorse Hill Studios. This position offers a unique chance to make a positive impact within our community and support the growth and development of young people.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about working with young people and creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all who access our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage with young people and the public as they arrive for sessions.
- Provide drop-in support and assistance to young people accessing our services.
- Monitor and record participant engagement through VIEWS monitoring systems.
- Support young people to participate in sessions and activities.
- Conduct building health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with setting up and clearing spaces for events, meetings, sessions, and conferences.
- Collect feedback from participants to inform programme improvements.
