**Homes in Somerset**are recruiting for a proactive and organised **Hazards Coordinator** to join our team and help ensure our residents live in safe, healthy homes.
The role is part of a growing team who have implemented the processes to support and navigate our responsibilities in relation to Awaab's Law.
- Provide responsive and effective customer service to residents.
- Coordinate responses to reports of dampness, mould, and other hazards in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely visits and completion of work within Awaab’s Law SLAs.
- Book and follow up on hazard surveyor visits with customers.
- Monitor and report on hazard survey results using an external platform.
- Managing repairs casework for damp, mould, and emergency hazards.
- Raising and closing repair jobs and purchase orders.
- Producing repair work reports for customers.
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with all communications.
- Attending meetings with contractors and internal teams.
- Supporting site visits and data monitoring.
- Collaborating across teams and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
**How Will Success Be Measured?**
You’ll demonstrate success by
- Identifying and managing risks and health & safety concerns.
- Meeting agreed KPIs and team objectives.
- Supporting strategic initiatives, including Customer Influence & Engagement.
- Contributing to value-for-money service delivery.
- Producing effective reports and documentation.
- Actively participating in meetings, appraisals, and training

Pay: £37,280.00-£39,862.00 per year
