**Sales Executive - Food Ingredients Division | Leicestershire | Full Time | Competitive depending on experience**

The Healy Group are excited to have the opportunity to add to our ambitious and innovative sales team. We are looking for a salesperson who is comfortable with the idea of creating their own success and contributing towards our growth culture in the foodingredients sector.

We expect you to be able to integrate with our team pretty seamlessly (don’t worry, they’re a good bunch). They are hard-working but know how to enjoy themselves in their job too.

We want people who can back up the big talk with real-life action and results. We will expect you to achieve realistic targets; profit generated, new clients, new projects etc. this will be agreed at the start of your journey with us.

You will have a full, clean driving licence and a valid passport. This role involves driving to clients (and getting ice creams on a hot day) and travelling to the Irish office at times or to suppliers for training.

**Education requirements**
- GCSE level
- Experience level is more important

**Experience requirements**
- We are looking for some experience in the food ingredients industry or at least a great understanding of the food supply chain at the early stages
- Experience will help, but we ultimately judge on ambition, enthusiasm, and drive to be successful

**Key Competencies**
- Ability to understand the difference in importance between revenue and profit.
- Enthusiasm/ Ambition/ determination to succeed
- Computer literate; Microsoft office, CRM management, report generation
- A willingness to talk to clients in person/ by phone/ Teams/ Zoom

**What will your role look like?**
- First and foremost, your main responsibility will be to grow the revenue stream and profitability of the Healy Group
- Find new and exciting clients to engage with and grow together with
- Maintain and grow the existing client base
- Contribute to our growth culture by achieving quick and sustainable success and bringing exciting new ideas to the table
- Interact with clients from all areas of the food industry
- Travel to clients and suppliers, both domestic and international
