JBrown Global are seeking highly motivated individuals to become self-employed estate agents to join our growing team covering territories all over London and the South East. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio within your agreed area building relationships with Landlords,Vendors as well as closing deals with potential buyers and tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow your own portfolio of Landlords and Vendors in your defined territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing vendors and Landlords.
- Conduct property viewings,valuations and provide expert advice to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate and close sales
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in local markets.
- Attend networking events and build your network of contacts

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience and track record of success in previous sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Knowledge of the local territory you will be covering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: Up to £250,000.00 per year
