**Do you have a passion for estate agency in Dubai?**

**Job Summary**:

- Growing your property portfolio to between 10-20 active properties at any one time
- Mastering your community knowledge
- Guide and advise clients on best investment strategies and practices
- Negotiate and iron out contract details with the conveyancing team
- Maintain regular contact with buyers, sellers and clients within the system
- Produce high quality listings in partnership with the companies in house marketing team
- Networking with industry stakeholders
- Manage a social media presence

**Who would be suited for this role?**
- Hard-working enthusiasts looking to build a career in the Real Estate industry
- Passion for learning new cultures and being in year round sun
- Experienced in industries such as Real Estate, Automobile Sales, Industry Sales, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or any other high-profile industry background will be preferred
