- The Client Service Delivery Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing support to their assigned Aon Sales Consultants in the day to day management of clients Group Risk polices, including involvement with policy renewals and new business wins._
- This is a hybrid role which will incorporate a mix of office and home working, the team work from Farnborough, Epsom or Birmingham._

**What the day will look like**:

- As a Client Service and Delivery Specialist some of your key responsibilities will involve:_
- _Ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio of clients on a day to day basic_
- _Develop and maintain a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers at all levels._
- _Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external sources_
- _Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, whilst keeping Consultants informed_
- _Co-ordinate administration of schemes including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries_
- _Prepare template client reports as requested by Sales Consultants_
- _Resolve any identified discrepancies in provider documentation before sending to clients_
- _Ensure that any correspondence produced or issued by Aon is accurate and adheres to any published brand guidelines_
- _Manage the gathering of accurate data for each client’s scheme renewal_
- _Assist with the analysis of data as required_
- _Attend internal provider and product training_
- _Ensure that all client records are accurate and up to date_
- _Maintain client records and data in line with Aon systems and protocols_
- _Undertake ad hoc project work where required_
- _Understand and comply with the financial & industry regulations and legislations_
- _Establish and maintain up to date knowledge of products and the marketplace_
- _Build good working relationships with Aon colleagues from all parts of the business_
- _Show commitment and dedication to the role and to Aon_
- _Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients, providers, and Aon colleagues_
- _Be a team player_
