**Healthcare/ Group Risk - Client Service and Delivery Specialist**

- The Client Support Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing support to their assigned Aon Sales Consultants in the day to day running of client Healthcare/ Group Risk schemes, including setting up all appropriate actions required for policy renewals and new business wins._
- This is a hybrid role which will incorporate a mix of office and home working, the position is based in Farnborough. _
- Full and part-time hours will be considered._

**What the day will look like**
- As a Client Service and Delivery Specialist some of your key responsibilities will involve:_
- _ Ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio of clients on a day to day basic._
- _ Develop and maintain a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers at all levels._
- _ Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external sources._
- _ Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, whilst keeping Consultants informed as appropriate._
- _ Co-ordinate administration of schemes including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries._
- _ Prepare template client reports as requested by Sales Consultants._
- _ Resolve any identified discrepancies in provider documentation before sending to clients._
- _ Ensure that any correspondence produced or issued by Aon is accurate and adheres to any published brand guidelines._
- _ Commence & manage the gathering of relevant data for each client’s scheme renewal and always ensure accuracy._
- _ Assist with the analysis of data as required._
- _ Attend internal provider and product training as required._
- _ Ensure that all client records are accurate, up to date and in the prescribed format._
- _ Maintain client records and data in line with Aon systems and protocols._
- _ Undertake ad hoc project work where required._
- _ Understand and comply with the financial & industry regulations and legislations._
- _ Establish and maintain up to date knowledge of products and the marketplace._
- _ Build good working relationships with Aon colleagues from all parts of the business._
- _ Show commitment and dedication to the role and to Aon._
- _ Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients, providers, and Aon colleagues._
- _ Be a team player._

High level of accuracy and attention to detail._
- _ Ability to work independently and proactively using own initiative._
- _ Relevance experience within the insurance industry preferred._
- _ Knowledge of the Healthcare/Group Risk industry desirable._
- _ Skilled at building positive relationships with an ability to manage numerous stakeholders. _
- _Confident communicator with both colleagues and clients at all levels of organisation. _
- _Excellent listening, organisation, and presentation skills. _
- _Willingness to learn and share knowledge._
- _ Ability to adapt to change._
