If you are looking for an opportunity to join one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK, then this could be the ideal role for you - our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Loughborough are recruiting a Workshop Controller to join the team

We are offering a £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £34,000 plus an excellent range of Company Benefits.

**About the Role**
The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the Repair Centre and consists of assigning work to Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.

The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.

As a line manager, you will be responsible for performance management. You will lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.

**About You**
It is essential that you have previous experience within the role. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license.
