We have an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to cover the Murray Group based within our small Call Centre team at our Kia Retailer in Brixton.

Previous experience of a similar role in an outbound call environment would be preferred. You will need to be capable of delivering high levels of customer service whilst coping with the pressures of a busy working environment.

You will be performing outbound reminder calls to our own customers, taking customer bookings for servicing and MOT work plus ensuring our database is up to date and accurate.

Responsibilities associated with the role will include:

- Making outbound calls to customers to take bookings for MOT, Servicing, and recommended maintenance
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and every customer receives exceptional service
- Keeping customer accounts up to date

The successful applicant will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong IT skills will be necessary within this role as you will be utilising a variety of in-house computer systems.

No previous motor trade experience required however, customer service or call handling skills are preferable.

This is a full-time role of 35 hours per week based over Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £18,965.00-£26,000.00 per year
