You will lead on all administration tasks; from receiving visitors, helping with the recruitment process, accounts and payroll, and helping to plan fun events Full training is provided, so if you are passionate about providing an excellent service, thiscould be the ideal role for you

Please note this position is part-time, covering up to 25 hours a week only, however there is scope for this to increase over time as demand increases. Some very occasional evening/weekend work may be required however this will be treated as included inyour weekly working hours.

**Administrator Responsibilities**

As the Administrator some of your duties will include:

- Meet and greet visitors, manage all general enquiries and inbox.
- Assist the upkeep of all stocks, stationery, office supplies, newspapers and brochures
- Upkeep of accurate filing, appointment and transport booking
- Coordinate all recruitment processes, including posting advertisements, responding to enquiries, arranging interviews and sending offers/contracts/reference checks/right to work checks
- To assist with staff inductions, training, appraisals, disciplinaries, staff timesheets and payroll, and follow all processes and procedures
- Assisting the Accountant with all month-end sundry accounts and expenses, distribution of invoices
- Other administrative and secretarial support to the Manager, including minuting and reporting.
- Attend any fundraising events out of normal working hours.

**Administrator Experience**
- Computer literacy, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with a polite manner
- Ability to take initiative and show patience and empathy
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confidentiality and discretion at all times

Desirable (please highlight on your CV if you have the following):

- HR experience
- Experience with Sage payroll/Sage Accounts would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Experience working with elderly or young people

**Location**

Our client’s lovely office is based in Summertown, close to Oxford City Centre (OX2) with available road-side parking (permits are available), and there are also close public transport links. Working hours are 20-25 hours per week, which can be completedover 3, 4 or 5 days a week, between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday. Monday is a mandatory working day.

There will be a two-stage interview process; a formal interview, following by a more casual interview with a tour of the office - both interviews will be in person, and a lateral flow test must be completed prior to attending.

Working hours are 20-25 hours per week, which can be completed over 3, 4 or 5 days a week, between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday. Monday is an mandatory working day.
