You will be expected to work fully in-house in our Team Valley office.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Advising on and implementing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest to drive sales for both our app and merchandise.
- Split testing and experimenting with ad creative, copy and budget to get the best results.
- Tweaking and optimising ads and strategy to improve performance and get maximum ROI/ROAS as well as building brand awareness.
- Create monthly reports for our stakeholders to keep them up to date on how the ads are performing.
- Monitor campaign budgets and make adjustments where necessary.
- Work with our in-house designers, videographers and photographers to develop persuasive and eye-catching content.
- Write incredible ad copy.

**Key things we’re looking for**
- At least 3 years' experience running Ad campaigns, with proven results, across numerous social channels, in a professional capacity including: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.
- A deep understanding of the algorithms used in Facebook Ads and other organic platforms.
- A deep understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Experience in creating social media content in a professional capacity.
- A good foundation knowledge of general marketing.
- Excellent spelling, grammar and copywriting skills.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Proven teamwork skills and experience.

**Nice-to-haves**
- An understanding of, or experience working in, the Health and Fitness industry.
- Experience in building a LinkedIn account to establish B2B contacts and make people want to work for the company.
- SEO experience
- PPC experience
- Photography/Videography skills
