**Graduate Teaching Assistant - SEND**

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and creative Specialist SEND Provision in Whitehaven. **About the Role**:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in our Specialist SEND Provision, you will support pupils with autism, social, emotional, and mental health needs, or physical disabilities. This role provides hands-on experience in a stimulating and supportive environment, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Art Therapists, and other specialists, to ensure that each child receives the tailored support they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the delivery of engaging and creative lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.
- Providing one-to-one support for pupils, helping them overcome challenges and fostering their confidence and inclusion.
- Collaborating with the classroom team to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Encouraging pupils to reach their full potential by using creative and flexible approaches to learning and development.
