**Schedule**: Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30 PM

**Temp-Perm Full Time**

You will come across some behaviour that you might find challenging, so it is required that you are calm and patient in your approach as well as being resilient and professional.

**Duties**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Ensure safeguarding standards and practices are met

**Qualities Required**:

- Strong instructional strategies for students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
- Ability to assist with challenging behaviour
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction and classroom management

Pay: From £88.00 per day
