Support Worker Vacancy
We are excited to welcome someone to join our small, dedicated team of support workers who share a passion for their job.
We are looking for a young minded enthusiastic female (due to the nature of personal care) who can enable our young 27-year-old lady to experience all that life can offer.
The successful applicant would play an active role in enabling the young lady, who has a wonderful happy personality with a very varied range of activities from therapy sessions to attending live music, shows, holidays and everything in between
Her home is fully equipped in the St Austell area.
No experience is needed, we are just looking for the right person and we will provide you with all the necessary training.
Full time and part time hours are available which will be discussed at interview and include weekdays, weekends, and sleep shifts.
Driving licence and own car is essential.
This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure from the DBS which the employer will fund. You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.
Rate of pay £10.61 per hour
Sleep shifts are paid at the National Living Wage (currently £9.50per hour).
Plus, the additional benefit of a discretionary quarterly bonus scheme.
