**About Our Client**:
Our Client are a modern technical services provider. They design, build, and manage ICT solutions for some of the most demanding customers in the world.

They main duties of this role are:

- Fully understanding of Annuity contract renewal and quoting processes and the ability to explain the processes to others.
- General Administration
- Spreadsheets/Excel
- Comply with all contracts
- Supporting delivery - Collecting the delivery, opening it all up, scanning the serial numbers, keeping track of them when given to the couriers.
- Managing customer data to make sure the system is correct/up to date - behind the scenes of the contracts
- Product Registration & Vendor install base updates.
- Manage relationships between Couriers, Engineers and Technicians & the company
- Reconcile monthly reports for spares movement.
- Assist in preparing Service Delivery Manager Reports
- Open Engineer Tasks
- Open Collections
- Provide cover within the Team as required.
- Attend relevant training courses when required.
