Tate Basingstoke are delighted to be working with a lovely local and sustainable business who are looking to bring on-board a new team member who can grow with the company whilst the company continue to flourish.
This would be an ideal role for somebody with previous administration, order processing or data entry experience.
In return for your hard work, the company offer a fun work environment, flexible working (WFH available), generous holiday package plus bank holidays and a competitive salary.
Duties will include:
- Handling all customer queries professional and efficiently
- Processing of sales orders
- Loading orders onto ERP system
- Liaising with other departments of the business
- Supporting the sales team with their administration
Experience and skills required:
- Previous Order Processing/Customer Service experience
- A positive 'can do' attitude and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and telephone manner
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent customer handling skills and sales co-ordination
- Reliability
- Adaptability
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages i.e., Word/Excel/PowerPoint plus CRM
