**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general office duties such as data entry.
- Answer and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Daily planning of gas engineers effectively.
- Supply and order parts in a timely manner.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong clerical skills for maintaining accurate records and documents.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
- Proficient in using Google Suite for office productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
