We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience from the shop floor to behind the scenes.

**Job Overview**
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? As a **Stockroom Assistant**, you’ll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store by managing deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting the sales floor with timely replenishment. This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, efficiency, and being part of a busy, team-led retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Organise and maintain stockroom layout to ensure easy access to product.
- Replenish the shop floor regularly, prioritising fast-selling and promotional items.
- Support the visual merchandising team by preparing stock for floor moves and campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate discrepancies or low levels to the store manager.
- Adhere to all health & safety and stock security procedures.
- Assist sales staff by locating requested stock quickly and accurately.
- Take part in regular stock counts and inventory processes.

**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Methodical, reliable, and physically fit (some heavy lifting may be required).
- A strong team player with excellent time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Able to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and busy trade periods.

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous stockroom or back-of-house retail experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with stock management systems or handheld scanners is desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.75 per hour
