**What You’ll Do**:
At House of CB, our Stockroom Assistants are empowered, dedicated and responsible for processing stock quickly and strategically to optimise retail business and enhance efficiency of the shop floor to drive commercial success. Our Stockroom Assistants ensure all back of house areas are organised, accurate and neat.

**Operations**
- Accurately contribute towards all physical stock movement including processing delivery, transfers, replenishment, and storage.
- Ensure the highest standard of organisation and housekeeping in back of house areas at all times.
- Support the team to ensure the shop floor is replenished to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Use all available tools to ensure Stockroom procedures are carried out according to Company guidelines.

**Sales & Profit**:

- Work with urgency and support in all back of house operations preventing loss and damage.

**People & Culture**:

- Work as part of an inclusive and diverse team to collectively support the needs of customers and the Company.
- Follow health and safety routines to maintain the overall safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 1+ years stockroom experience in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to providing accurate and organised results
- Maintains great communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours with weekend availability
- Holds initiative and works with a sense of urgency
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
