The Operations administrator is responsible for working as part of a team to ensure the delivery of a smooth, planned, and organised operational service to stakeholders.

**Salary**: £18.5K - £22K DOE
This role supports a team of Operations Executives in the day-to-day administration tasks required to run the ‘account support’ function for one or more of our client’s field activities.
‘Account Support’ can be split into two distinct task related areas:
**Activity Management**
Tasks that primarily drive the activity in the field including:
- Ensuring relevant data capture questionnaires are correct
- Quality checking process on field activity/photos/contracts
- Briefing materials and supporting kits are produced and dispatched accurately and on time
**Field support**
Tasks that enable the field team to operate successfully including:
- Processing of wages and expenses
- ensuring the field have access to the equipment and information to do their job
- other support services to enable team to deliver in the field including answering day to day queries and supporting the organisation of team meetings
The above tasks need to be fulfilled whilst working to relevant operational processes and standards and ensuring that these are adhered to by external customers (e.g. field team, suppliers, Business Managers).

**Key Responsibilities and Key Result Areas**
- To ensure that account tool-kits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales.
- To ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
- Follow an audit/QC process on contracts/photographs and work completed
- Work with account team on trouble shooting and problem resolution.
- Ensure that working processes are documented with guidelines, and that these are completed in line with operational guidelines.
- Participate in reviewing current working practices and procedures/ systems.
- Represent operational team at Field Meetings as required.
- Use relevant software / systems to maintain effective field support e.g. ConTact / salesforce
- Complete field visits and ensure that the learning from these visits are documented and shared as appropriate.
- Other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of the role.

- A confident communicator who problem solves and flags potential issues, asking lots of questions to ensure understanding.
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required**
- Experience of working in an administration role, working to support several different customers
- Educated to A level desirable but not essential
