As a Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing the delivery of large-scale, targeted marketing campaigns across both the Sports and Gaming products.

You will be tasked with the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns to targeted groups of customers across our Sports and Gaming products. You will assist in the creation of delivery schedules and become an expert in the use of our marketing communicationstools. You will possess proven communication skills which you will use to effectively liaise with other teams and stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Keen eye for detail, with the capacity to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience of using marketing communication tools would be preferred.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining global communication schedules.
- Liaising with other Media teams to ensure content is created and processed in line with agreed deadlines.
- Ensuring recipient lists are correct and compatible with communication tools.
- Filtering data to create targeted groups of predefined customers.
- Testing customer communications in order to quality control and safeguard against errors.
- Assisting in the creation of processes to ensure a high standard of output is consistently maintained.
