Small World Travel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As an experienced Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our discerning clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget
- Research and recommend hotels, transportation, and experiences
- Design bespoke multi centre travel itineraries and provide concierge services
- Coordinate all aspects of the client's travel arrangements, including entry requirements and visas
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel experience
- Handle any issues or changes that may arise
- Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and accommodations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong knowledge of long-haul travel destinations, luxury hotels, and relevant experiences
- Excellent communication and high level of customer service and administration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in travel booking systems & Microsoft Office suite

**Benefits**
- Salary £22,308 to £25,300 (FTE)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
