**The Opportunity**

Due to continued exceptional growth, we are currently looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our overseas team to help support the supply of white-collar professionals across the Construction, Civil Engineering and Rail sectors across Europe.

We have been working across Europe now for over 8 years and have a strong focus within the DACH region (D - Deutschland (Germany), A - Austria, CH - Confœderatio Helvetica (Switzerland)). We do also supply clients across other countries and regions and predominantly work within the transportation, civil engineering & infrastructure, construction and energy & power sectors.

Our team is made up of talented recruitment experts who are specialists within their own fields. They are always willing to offer support and advise across the board and we have a very inclusive and collaborative approach to recruitment. We regularly travel in Europe to meet both our clients and professionals that we are working with.

**Key responsibilities for the role of Recruitment Consultant;**
- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.

- A generous starting base salary between £24k-£26k (OTE £40k+)
- A quick route to progress your base salary through a quarterly performance linked review process.
