**The Role**
Are you a Field Service Engineer with experience in water treatment within the pharmaceutical and/or industrial industry, Attega are working with an industry leader to add a field service engineer to their already established team.
**The Location**
The position is field based in/around Guildford/Leatherhead and requires occasional travel to the South Coast of the country (whenever required).
**The Role**
This position's primary purpose is to be responsible for giving our clients the best in class quality service by providing on-site corrective/preventative maintenance and offering after-sales technical and commercial support.
**Other Key Responsibilities;**
- Provide service, chemical treatment analysis, monitoring, and account management to existing customers/contracts.
- Provide customer recommendations for best working practices.
- Manage accounts to budget.
- Gather information and attend client review meetings.
- Review Site - Water Services Risk Assessment.
- Gather site information and compile site logbooks.
- Maintain and audit Site Logbooks.
- Initiate water treatment program on new accounts and commission new dosing/control installations.
- Timely reporting on progress or delays.
- Timely completion and submission of risk assessment work reports, and all other documentation.
- Offer the client after-sales technical and commercial support.
- Offer feedback on future product development, features, and functions.

**The Person**
The ideal person will have knowledge of chemical water treatment, water treatment testing to identify contaminants and impurities.
Other key points:

- Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical Engineering or Chemistry qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in the Water Treatment sector is desirable but not required.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent timekeeping and presentation of self.
- Full UK Driving Licence
