We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Booking Administrator to join our busy booking team. You’ll be part of a supportive group that helps keep the property valuation process running smoothly for our customers and surveyors.
**About Gateway Surveyors**
Gateway Surveyors is a leading provider of residential and commercial property surveying services across the UK. We work with major lenders (banks, building societies etc), mortgage brokers, and homeowners to deliver accurate, timely valuations and reports. **What you’ll be doing**
When someone applies for a mortgage, their home often needs a valuation. That’s where we come in — we receive an instruction from the lender to arrange the appointment between the customer and our surveyor.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Book appointments into our system quickly and accurately
- Plan surveyors’ diaries to make the most of their time and travel
- Answer customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Work closely with colleagues and surveyors to keep everything on track

- Able to get to our office 3 days each week - our location is in Chellaston just off the A50 - you'll need a car to reach us.

Our working hours are 37.5 - normally arranged 8.30am to 5pm.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) at grade C/5 or higher in Maths and English
- Ideally at least 6 months' work experience in a custom facing role.
- Solid working experience of MS Office with the ability to pick-up other office systems such as booking systems, CRMs, databases etc
**Right to Work**
You'll need to hold the long-term right to work in the UK without need for future sponsorship.
