Are you experienced in building a strong rapport with customers and have an interest in aesthetics or medical beauty? We are looking for a confident and passionate Customer Support and Sales Advisor to join our growing team dedicated to serving clinical beauty professionals. Please note this role does not involve cold calling or hardcore selling, it focuses on delivering fantastic customer support to all aspects of our MedFx business. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Proactively create extra sales by increasing account business, following up leads and actively calling on any business development campaign provided.
- Deal with customer inquiries, maintain records and build customer relationships whilst representing the company: ensuring a speedy, efficient and quality service to our customers at all times.
- Undertake all administrative functions in connection to the department and onboard new customers whilst ensuring all regulatory requirements are achieved.
- Alert the Contact Centre Manager to any potential problems and pass on any relevant information.
