As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will enjoy a **minimum visit time of one hour with your clients**, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while getting paid up to £16.50 per hour. You'll also receive **paid travel, waiting, and training time **at £13.50, as well as ongoing training provided by our Registered Nurse, plus paid mileage. You don't need any experience to join our team - just a heart full of kindness and compassion Our Training Coordinator, Dinah, is a Registered Nurse who will provide you with all the tools and skills you need to support your clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for caring, compassionate, and patient individuals who enjoy spending time helping people, and are looking for a meaningful and rewarding career. Age is not necessarily a factor, as the job requires no previous experience or qualifications, and we value diversity and inclusivity in our workforce. While a formal education is not required, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the job involves building relationships with clients and their families, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues. We provide comprehensive training to equip **Care Professionals** with the skills and knowledge they require to deliver high-quality care. We want to find people who are as committed to ongoing learning and personal development as we are; there is always room to improve, and learn new skills, if you have a curious and open mind. - **Minimum 1 HOUR visits**, to have the time to build a bond with your clients - Pay up to £16.50 per hour - **PAID **travel, waiting and training time of £13.50 plus mileage - Double pay on **Bank Holidays**: - All training is provided by a registered nurse and is fully funded.
