**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Follow individual care plans to ensure personalised and effective support for each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions.
- Support residents in social activities and encourage participation to enhance their quality of life.
- Ensure that the care environment is safe, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role within a care home or home care setting is preferred.
- Strong IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting residents when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.40-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

- English (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
